Service requires a 50% retainer at time of booking. Installation more than 4 to 6 months away will require 25% at booking, another 25% 6 to 8 weeks away. All Final payments are required 14 days before the date of your event. If final payment is not made within 14 days of event, service will be canceled and no refund or changes to dates will be applied.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of a service date can be changed to a future different date within 1 year of booking date. No refunds will be given. Payments will be applied to the different date. Cancellations made within 1 week of the service date, up to 3 days before event date will be able to transfer 50% of payment to a future different date. Any Cancellations within 3 days of service date will result in loss of payment. No refund or transfers will be given. Transfer dates are subject to availability.
For services that require a setup fee it will be 10% of total payment This fee is for setup and breakdown for services rendered. Delivery fee will be determined by mileage of travel.
For outdoor events we cannot guarantee a specific amount of time the balloons will last due to the weather conditions (humidity, wind, rain, temperature (hot/cold), sun). When balloons are exposed to outdoor air, the texture will change to a velvet/matte texture, which is also known as oxidation. In case of inclement weather, including but not limited to rain, hail, thunderstorms, Float with Tiff will allow for the following: Option #1 transfer outdoor décor to indoor décor by maintaining the same design as much as possible and with minimal changes and/or charges possible. Option #2 client can postpone to another date/time, if available, for no additional charge, unless location changes to an area outside of delivery zone.
For all rental items there will be a deposit required of $100.00 and will be returned once items have been returned and inspected. If rental items are damaged, client will be responsible to replace the item(s) and/or pay to replace the items.
For grab n go options we will not guarantee any damage to balloons once picked up by customer.
For indoor installations, and on all of our balloon décor, we use high quality and environment friendly latex balloons. Although we can't guarantee a mount of time they will last, typically it is at minimum a week. The conditions of the environment generally dictates the longevity of the balloons.
If you are having a Teepee party, Each teepee and bed is about 4.5 ft. by 6 ft., with a twin-sized mattress for each. We will need at least 16 ft. by 24 ft. of free space, depending on the number of teepees rented. When we quote your price, we will take a long look at your space and decide the best and safest layout.
Available themes for Teepee Parties include: Cowgirl, Sports, Barbie, Movie Night, Fortnite, Swiftie Party, Outer Space, Race Car, Dinosaurs, Mermaid, Paris, Princess, Unicorns, Boho, Grinch Christmas, Winter Wonderland, and Neon Glow. Custom themes may be available and require an additional charge.
